Passed by tens of times, finally stopped by…… This unassuming taco stand is literally just that. It sits on the corner of Westbank Expwy facing a side street (Stephens St.). You go to the window, you place your order and wait for your tacos, burritos, etc…. At first I was afraid my order would not be correct since I didn’t speak Spanish and his accent was pretty heavy but he did get my order correct. I had a beef taco on flour tortilla, a chicken taco on corn tortilla and a chicken quesadilla. I really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla, the flavors were good, the flour tortillas were really good, homemade. I would go back to try other items. Open everyday 9am-8pm. Also, their prices have gone up since the last menu was posted on this site.Pros: Cheap eats. Cons: Language barrier.

Authentic. Started out as a taco truck and the owner kept on with his investment and opened up an old shack. Looks like an old Whataburger or something like that. Really run down place on the corner of the Westbank Express Way. Probably not the cleanest kitchen in the worldBut oh, some great tacos. I love the puppusas. Real authentic and a good deal. Beats any take out food.Right in front of 9 Roses also.

First Time Trial Run. I’ve passed this place repeatedly, running around the West Bank on errands and always wondered if it was any good. A fellow foodie friend of mine told me they enjoyed it and gave a few suggestions, so I finally did this evening. We ordered: tongue tacos and pork tacos, both on flour tortillas, as well as a couple tortas with beef. The tacos were great and the cilantro and onion they were topped with, fresh (no crazy American toppings here). They are not spicy, but comes with a thin green sauce that’s got a good flavor and a good heat and wedges of lime. The tortas was just OK. It was too much bread for me and not enough flavor. When I got to the second half of this Mexican bread sandwich I needed a lot of lime juice, some additional salt (and I NEVER salt take out food) and that great sauce. We’re definitely going back for the tacos and next time, we’ll try the tostadas.

Former taco truck. This was the first taco truck food we tried, and we loved it. No Tex-Mex here-just cheap eats and good

Don’t let the snowball stand look fool you. This is good grub after a long workday.
