A group of 5 of us came in for lunch and ordered at the same time. All ordered from the lunch menu. The first sandwich was delivered to the table 45 minutes later (order was messed up). Second sandwich was delivered 5 minutes later. The next two were delivered 10 minutes later. Finally, my sandwich was delivered a full hour after the order was placed.There were only 2 other tables occupied (with 2 people a piece).As my first visit, this will certainly be my last.
Okay place to drink with friends. The atmosphere is pretty awesome. The food isn’t that good. My biggest complaint is that I ordered a pint of the milk porter. They gave me one of those lame snifter glasses. I told her I ordered a pint not a snifter and she was annoyed but gave me a pint.Came back again and specifically said I want a pint glass not a snifter. She said okay and came back with my milk porter in a snifter. I asked her why do yall keep putting my damn beers in theses tiny wine glasses? She said it’s the owners rules for dark beer. Not impressed. She said she couldn’t do a pint and I told her I wasn’t going to pay for it. Again, she was annoyed but gave me my pint. Long story short, it’s false advertisement. When you order a pint, you should get a pint. There should be no argument about it. I don’t recommend going here. There is better food across the street with cheaper prices. I won’t be back.
The beer selection is amazing and cold! The food has a lot of thought put into it and is well-prepared. My only issue is some of the selections are not to my taste – the pickles are homemade and sweet – even though they say they are jalapeo or something (which makes you think spicy not sweet). My burger had some sweet relish stuff on it too even though I just wanted a bacon Swiss burger. Just seems they try to get too creative and results don’t appeal to everyone. Don’t need to get fru-fru fancy with a burger. Lol. But I do like the place.
Very cool atmosphere. It’s been renovated since the last restaurant and you can tell the owners put a lot of work into this place. I really hope it makes it since the previous restaurants in that location have not. They have a huge selection of draft beers and their burgers are delicious. Their meatball appetizer is really good as well.
