My kids went before homecoming. After waiting an hour they asked the waitress how much longer it would be and she said they were obviously busy and she had no idea. 20 minutes later she came over to tell them there were two orders in front of them. I told her to cancel the order that they did not have time to wait anymore. I placed a to go order and was told it would be 30 minutes, it took them an hour and 15 minutes. There didn’t seem to be any management at all. The same employees left 3 times for a smoke break while I was standing there. Will never return to Hammond LA location.
Tried to eat here tonight. I guess Alex was too busy to take my orderHe did give me a nasty stale twangy blue moon beer that I took 1 sip of. Then he disapeared and I couldn’t get another one2nd time 2nd bad experience. This one makes a very bad name for all the other Bww I have been to….too bad…never again!
Small portions & very dirty. We ordered fried garlic mushrooms appetizer for $5.99 & they brought out a measley portion of fried mushroom pieces(approximately 10-12 very small pcs). Total rip off!!! The carpets were dIsgusting – our feet stuck to the floor and all the surfaces including the table & chairs were sticky and gross. There was an opened container of sauce under our table which had spilled out on the carpet – and no one bothered to pick it up or clean up the mess. Plus it took forever to get our order!!Will not be back!!! This was an awful dining experience!!
Go somewhere else. When I was in college I ate here often and always had a great time. This was 6-8 years ago though. Now, if you dine in you will be here forever. The service here is horrible. Food isn’t that great anymore. I ordered ultimate nachos tonight and the chips were stale. Servers were rude. Hopefully they will hire better staff soon.
The staff is rude and food is cold. The fact it is a chain is the only thing going for this place.
Is there a sauce shortage or something? Prepare for dry wings at this place
I sit at the bar and my beverages and food are consistently good and timely.
