Linda and I went here for after some lite shopping over at Hobby Lobby. Got there around 7 pm and a few scattered customers. Nice lady seated us in s boot which was fine. The menu is a bit scary because it gives the calorie count. A large hamburger, depending on the toppings, can weigh in at 1500 calories. Anyway, she ordered a small wings and Mac and cheese. I order a burger at about 980 calories and a small fried dill pickle order as an app to share. Good stuff first: the burger was good and came with a side of fries better than Burger King or Macs. Linda didnt complain other than Mac and cheese were too hot to eat. I wouldnt touch a wing. Bad things: a great looking burger served on a cold bun. The dill pickles were in-eatable, literally. There was maybe a dozen for about five bucks. They brought them out in a plastic basket and nothing else. The pickle had the toughest skin on them and impossible to chew. I laid a couple on a napkin and tried to cut them with a knife. Had to be cut then pulled apart. Worst dill pickles Ive ever ordered. I complained to the server but she was oblivious and made a half-way excuse. Anyway, I will go back but they need to use their dills to repair the parking lot, haha
First time here and we wanted some good drinks and bar type food… and that’s what we got. We came in to a friendly greeting and easily found our way to the bar, where Blaike handled our needs expertly. She was very knowledgeable about the new beer they just got and immediately offered a taste without wasting any time. She helped us through our wing order by making it clear… even though they have a lot of sauces. We enjoyed our time here and only dropped the rating due to the dirty appearance of the restaurant, obviously due to being understaffed. The food was what you would expect… not bad, but not fantastic. I’ll say this… hot means hot here.
I’m a Boomer and don’t like LOUD. This place is for young, patient people. Young can handle the noise and the lay-out. If you’re a sports fan it’s fine. I don’t like extremely hot stuff, except my crawfish, so mild was what I ordered. Food was okay and reasonable priced. Made it through okay and would only go back at gun-point, like Saturday. It’s not them, it me. I’m old,ha,ha. Except for IHOP, this is the only site I’ve looked at where all the reviews were bad. Mine wasn’t.
