Zero service. We came in and the resteraunt had just a few customers. We were seated and waited 10 minutes. Not one person came to our table. One person (looked like a manager maybe) was having a lengthy conversation with one table after bringing them a to go box. Another person in an ihop uniform was just standing against the wall looking at us. There was one person I saw that was actually working but she was on the other side of the resteraunt. We left without even getting a drink.
The service was hirribke took almost an hr ti bring food only got part of order at times. Manager was called and reply was server having bad day! Like really? Whike typing this she came back n was still rude. This by far was tge worst service I have ever had and will let everyone know this.
Good food, bad service. It took a long time for the waitress to take my order. Then when my food finally came, it was pretty good, but waitress disappeared. I finished my food and waited long time for check. Not all servers were bad. The tables around me got good service. I was the unlucky one.
This place was really bad for a long time. We just started going back and the food has been good and service is much better.
IHOP Hammond, LA Worst IHOP…. IHOP Hammond, LAWorst IHOP WE’VE EVER EATEN AT. Hour an a half wait for food and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Waitress over apologized, finally got our food and the steak tips were burnt chips of hockey pucks. Hashbrowns were terribly burnt also. Pancakes were hard. Never had a bad experience till we ate here. We are from out of town, and will never go back.
Hammond Restaurant. I love the food at IHOP. On my last visit, I could not tolerate the restroom. It needed serious attention. My party of eight left after noticing the devastating condition.
I love the food and the people are friendly as well
