Excellent Service and Equally Great Meal. My wife and i dined there last evening as we were guests, staying at The Holiday Inn, here in Hammond.The restaurant is located inside the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Chef Daniel, who was the Chef that evening. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had Ribeye Steak and my wife had a wonderful Cajun style Chicken Pasta Dish. Both were Outstanding. Our drink orders were filled promptly, and Stephanie, the Bartender was super. we could not have asked for better service. It was a very enjoyable experience and will certainly visit again, when we return to Hammond!Travelers from Grand Prairie, Texas
