Definitely some disfunction going on in the kitchen here. We stopped in for some chicken to take home for the kids. Our order was large and we expected to wait, but we didn’t expect to be treated so poorly. Perhaps companies don’t care about customer service anymore? When it comes to fast food… we already know how it tastes… so your only way to stand out is… service. Won’t be back here again.
