Excellent, authentic Thai food in an unassuming venue. I have been here several times, and never had a bad meal. I finally found a restaurant to replace the closed Bangkok Thai on Vets.

The Khow Soi (Chiang Mai Noodles) are excellent here. The dish is hard to find in New Orleans and Royal Thai does it very well. My wife is Thai, and there are only a few Thai restaurants she will enter. She likes this one a lot, which speaks to its authenticity. Take the time to find Royal Thai. It will be worth your effort.
Excellent Pad See Ew. It was moderately sweet. The Drunken Noodles were perfectly spiced. Clean atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Off the beaten path, on Hickory in Harahan but worth well the drive IMHO. The sticky rice with custard was delicious as well. The staff says that they have only been open 8 months so far and they should be around for a long time with what I experienced.
Very clean and casual spot. The 4 dishes we tried- dumplings, egg rolls, green curry and the sauted red curry were all enjoyable. Looking forward to trying more off the menu
