Sorry, but won’t be back. OK, so we were told to go give this place a try when in Houma and on the last day here we did. WOW did we make a MISTAKE !! I don’t know where to start, so the best thing I can do is just say DON’T GO THERE !

The boiled seafood is very reasonably priced, and the ambiance is also enjoyable. The best item on the menu by far is the Trash Basket, a hodgepodge of fried seafood with fries and very buttery bread.
Best boiled crawfish in town…great atmosphere
Best boiled seafood in town. If a place looks like this from the outside and is still in business, it only means one thing, the food has to be good. Well, 1921 is better than good. The crawfish was some of the best i’ve ever had. They had the perfect spice to them. I had been told that Big Al’s was the place to go for crawfish but it was no comparison to 1921. The trash basket was also very good.
