Terrible service. Don’t know why I’m bothering with a review, but I won’t be back. Worst service I’ve had since moving here.

Slap on the face to a true coonass. Jan 16, 2015We use to Frequent to the old location. Tonight was the first time we went to the new location. We rarely get a chance to go out as a family. My husband and I work hard during the week rarely have a night off together. Tonight we decided we needed a nice family night out. We were craving seafood and thought we would check out the new boiling point location. There was a little wait, but expected on a Friday night. Service was friendly and fast. That is pretty much where the great family night ended. We ordered 8 lbs of crawfish ($6.25/lb). Frog legs and the shrimp dinner. When the crawfish arrived it was a slap in the face. They where the smallest I’ve ever seen in the 40 yearsI’ve lived in south louisiana. Slightly over cooked, very bland, but the size was something I could not over come. If I could eat out every night of the week I would never ever go to this place again.Over priced and horrible. You should feel ashamed for serving the smallest crawfish I’ve ever seen and charging the premium price. The total for our meal was $120 for bland food and catfish bait. -Shane L.

I hate to write negative reviews and I rarely do. The first time we try the boiling point the service was so slow that we ended up having to get our orders to go. We thought that we could order a meal and leave in about an hour but we did not get our food for 45 minutes after we ordered it. But it was a Friday night and they were fairly busy so I just wrote it off. I gave it a second chance tonight ordered fried catfish Po boy and they were not busy at all. Sandwich was fair to poor. Too many great restaurants in our area to give this place a third chance.

Bad Boiled Shrimp. Very disappointed in our orders (whole size) of boiled shrimp…. They were notseasoned enough(bland), needed to be cooked a little longer, and hard to peel(shells stuck to shrimp)… Also thought shrimp was too big (you know bigger isnot better)… May come back to try other items on menu????
