Good place. I live in the neighborhood and I have ordered from this place for years (probably 15 times total) and had no issues whatsover. I normally order General Tso’s chicken and I like it. My wife likes their soup. The lady that works at the counter is always very pleasant on the phone (I have only ordered take-out) and in person. I never write reviews, but I read a lot of them. Usually the reviews fit the place. The reviews for this place seem out of line with my experiences. For what it is, it’s good.
I live in walkable distance from this place. After reading the reviews, i stayed away until last night. I didn’t feel like eating subway, so I figured I’d just try it. The food was not gross or bad. I even was able to watch them make it for the most part. I had wonton-eggdrop soup and an order of steamed dumplings. It was good. Was it great food? No, but is any Chinese food really that great? Also, the staff was very friendly and nice. Anyway, I felt these bad reviews were an exaggerating, or just very disgruntled customers. I hope those bad reviews don’t deter you from at least trying it for yourself :).
Eh , if you don’t feel like cooking….. I agree with person who commented about getting non-meat dishes , and my friend and I eat here about once a month , simply because it’s close and no-one has to clean dishes afterward.The food is below sub-par , the people are nice enough , just don’t look at the place too close , you’ll want to run for the hills .Stick to veggie dishes , and soup. They are like every other shiat hole , most of what they sell comes pre-made , frozen.
It’s hit and miss. Cheap food , take out if you can , what can you expect when you pay so little?? The soup is good , I can’t recommend anything else. You can see the old lady cooking , don’t look.

Rangoonie. The Crab Rangoon (really perfection) and Egg Rolls rock. They have a Homemade Sweet Tea thats better than McDonald’s ($1.40 for 32oz), and the service is always sweet and with a smile. Never too crowded, spacious, and kid friendly.
