Some of the prices seemed high but I really enjoyed everything I tried. My friends and I loved the options of Chinese and Japanese food and we had a great time. My favorite was the baked salmon which sits atop delicious snow crab meat. The waitress was really nice and we could watch the chef making sushi. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful on everything we ordered and I would go back if I am ever in the area again.
Wtf?. The food is okay, not great.The thing that really makes me mad, is that I ordered brown rice instead of white rice.They charged me 1.00 extra, which is whatever, BUT its NOT brown rice! Its white rice with soy sauce on it! I know what brown rice looks like and tastes like, this is not brown rice! WEIRD! I will never order from here again.my husband just called and confronted them about it, and they said they did that because they were out of brown rice……so why didnt they just tell us, and why did they charge us extra for it? What if someone was allergic to soy?it makes me wonder what other menu items arent what they claim to be…..Very sketchy. I will never order from here again.If youre on the westbank, get Kim Son they are amazing.

I also have eaten here a few times only because this is pretty close to where I live.I always get squid salad when I eat sushi. Every Sushi Rest. has the same squid salad. I have tasted several different menu items and this is the worst.For the quality sushi they serve, they should cut the price in half on everthing in there menu.The last three times, I’ve been at Hine Hut it has a very bad smell, like someone spilt a gallon of vinegar rice on the floor.I will travel farther for quality.
Hina hot, good miso soup and sweet tea, but the sushi was not fresh. They made a good attempt at the presentation, but went over kill on the eel sauce. I guess that they were trying to cover the fact that the fish wasn’t fresh. The prices were consistent with other sushi places in the area.
The Sushi is not very good at all and there prices remind me of the more expensive sushi restarants. I did eat here a few times only cause I live real close but I will drive further from now on.
