Ok. So poboys are our ( New Orleanians ) thing. And these ain’t poboys. So I feel a little guilty. A bit like a traitor. But the thing is these sandwiches, subs or whatever you call them are friggin good man. Fresh tasty bread, fresh indredients, very flavorful cold cuts and the peice de resistance is the – you’re going to hate me for this: Hellmans mayo. I know it’s not the New Orleans favorite Blue Plate. But it just makes it all happen right. I feel like a dammed yankee.
