Always a satisfying experience. The service was slow tonight but I was part of the rush that that took them from slow to a waiting line. Food was good – as usual.
The service here is terrible. I wish I could review the food, however I was never served, I sat for over 15 minutes (and it was not crowded) and watched as a group of waiters stood against the wall and talked and laughed and other waitresses just meandered around. But no one greeted me, took my drink order or my food order. I won’t be trying here again!
Good Experience. They are consistent in their delivery and I’ve never experienced any issue with the service as some other reviewers. I’ve been here a few times and will continue going here. My only complaint is the decor is as tacky as they come and I could do without the taxidermy animals at my booth.
Amazing Food!!. Apparently Travis Lollis wouldn’t know good Mexican food if it hit him in the face!! He must also have ZERO taste buds. La Hacienda is a great addition to the Westbank, and we love the food- the service- and the music was the perfect volume!
Food was ok. Salsa was as if it was canned. Blan. Music too loud. Service was horrible. The trend of this building is cursed and will no doubt close again.

Delicious food; service needs improvement. We’ve eaten here twice since it has opened. Both times the food was delicious. Compared to other mexican restaurants we’ve eaten at in the area, this one definitely has the better quality food. However, the wait time for food is pretty bad. The wait staff keeps the chips and salsa and drinks coming as fast as they’re emptied, but the kitchen gets tied up for such a large restaurant, causing wait time to slow down. We’d definitely go back, just at a less busier time until they figure out how to get things flowing better.
