One of the best Vietnamese places in town!! Great food. Good prices. And don’t forget to check out the roosters hanging out in the grass next to the parking lot!!
Pork Po BOY. Wonderful pairing: Vietnamese roasted pork, cucumbers, and cilantro meets the light and airy New Orleans French bread. What a treat!!!19 Dec, 2011Fish sauce is so delicious, LOVE # 30
Currently sitting in the restaurant and surprisingly the floors are extremely dirty. However the pho was very good and a huge portion is given. The service is non existent once you receive your food don’t expect to see your waiter again. Overall if you want good pho give it a try but don’t expect anything else.
My favorite part was the rooster sitting on the banister outside. I got bun thit nuong and my boyfriend got pho ga. The pho broth was good and it had a lot of noodles, but the chicken was very dry. The pork in my dish was burnt, and the vermicelli was overcooked and very cold. The soda chanh is made with bottled lime juice so it had that bitter taste, but it wasn’t too bad.
Great Pho on the Westbank!. Authentic pho with great flavors. They definitely give you more pho compared to other places. Order some extra sate if you want to add a little spice. I think it’s homemade…but it’s so good! I usually order Pho Chin Nam. chefsgirl.com
Just like Mama’s. Really authentic and delicious pho. You can even see the fat bubbles in the broth (Trust me, that’s a good thing…it just means that they use beef bones instead of powder).
Got Pho? They do!. The Pho there is spectacular…wide selection of not only pho but rice dishes and vermicelli bowls. The beef stew is one of a kind, it delicious. Location is in a good spot on manhattan and the building is nice. Service is better than any other asian restaurant in the city. This place is a MUST try!
