Overall not bad. We had the broccoli mushroom caps they were good. The entrees were pastas. We had to ask three times for some parmesean cheese. They were apologetic and finished strong. We will probably be back
A bit expensive but very good food. The desserts are awesome, and the main courses are very well prepared with great portion size. Nice atmosphere too, all around worth the price.
FANTASTIC. Service was great even though they were busy, the banana foster cheesecake was out of this world.
Really Not Good at All. I and a business associate went there for dinner. She is from Atlanta and I live in the DFW area. Salt seems to be the main seasoning at Copelands. Neither one of us finished our main dishes (she had some kind of creamy bowtie pasta with seafood in it and I had Fresh Fish Orleans). She ordered their New York style cheesecake, which was marginal, but the caramel pecan topping was sickly sweet. The waiter convinced me that I really need to try a piece of their homemade cheesecake because it was supposedly better. I asked him why it was better, and he said it was because it was homemade. I then asked him what about it being homemade was better as some of the things I have eaten that were made in peoples homes werent particularly good. He said that the homemade cheesecake is filthy. Not being from NOLA, I asked him what filthy meant in terms of cheesecake. He replied, You know, filthy. Being as my company was picking up the tab, I decided to risk the homemade cheesecake with no extra topping. Im still not sure what filthy means, but it obviously doesnt mean good. Highly overrated place that produces mediocre to bad food based on the experiences of two people who ate there.
Amy, the front end manager, is fantastic. She knows my wife and I by name and the service is always great. I won’t even go to the other area locations. However, you need to always check your to-go orders. You expect for your order to be correct since you’re spending $50 but I’ve gotten home and discovered that they gave me the wrong order.
Omg. This Place was so Good had the Copeland’s Burger it was so Good and the service was amazing.
The food, drinks, and atmosphere are enjoyable. However, I fully disagreed with their rule of not sitting people until over half their party is there…. we would have spent more on drinks and appetizers if they had given us the ability to order. My suggestion is if you have a large group and know parts of your party are going to be arriving later, choose another restaurant.
