Wonderful wonderful!!!! Me and my husband are regulars here. The food is always so good and fresh. We usually go between 10-11am because the people working that shift are always super friendly. We went once or twice at different times and they weren’t as nice.

Simply filthy.. My fianc and I visited this diner tonight and we should have been warned by the fact they barely had any customers at dinner time, and they literally have grime build up from old food on the wall and finger prints on the windows. We first walked in and the employees were talking about sex VERY loudly and there were children at the establishment at the time, so that was quite off-putting, but we gave the place a chance due to not wanting to have to get back out in the cold weather and look for another establishment. Then bad went to worse. Our drinks were horrible, there was tea mold in the plastic gallon holders they kept the tea in (Yeah, that tea residue that you dont wash out of the jugs, it is mold), the workers were loud and crude, and then we were hoping the food would at least be decent but no, yet another failure on their part. It was cold and we watched them heat it up from storage containers. So, dont expect freshly made food here. It was okay and what you usually expect from a diner, but seriously the workers need to clean up their act as well as their place of employment. It is simply out right gross.

Shrimp and corn soup was okay. Crawfish bread was weird. Chicken fried steak was frozen and nasty, mashed potatoes were instant made with water..really bad. Got a hamburger instead, also bad. Worst hamburger & chicken fried steak I’ve ever eaten. Wish I had ordered breakfast, maybe that is good.

Something of NOLA before Flying North. Yes, I forgot to review this cute joint! Stopped for a New Orleans specialty, before I caught my flight up to Washington state and was very pleased with the Roast beef Po Boy I ordered. Sampled the biscuits, my husband had these, they were real good! Shared a bowl of Shrimp & Corn soup, loved it~ so did our 6 year old (very finicky) granddaughter! I have to mention the dcor, which is very retro diner cute, especially the table & chairs! Service was friendly and just fine!
