We liked it. For a group of 7 to eat for less than 100 bucks and everyone get what they wanted Golden Corral fit the bill! All of the food was good. Yes, the bathrooms were a bit sloppy but those poor bathrooms service a LOT of people. The University of Alabama football players ate there today too!
Golden Corral on Williams Blvd is by far the Worse buffet I’ve ever been to….Ever!!! The selection is not the best, there is always a wait for the grill items, its like an ant pile each time I’ve visited (3 times). I actually went on Thanksgiving last year for convenience because I worked that day and they didn’t even have pumpkin pie!!! WHAT??!! 🙁 It never smells nice, & there are too many unsupervised kids who grab with their hands…clearly disgusting. I’ve decided not to return because I figured the 3rd time would be a charm….boy was I wrong 🙁 I’m a former frequent visitor to several locations in Texas & I safely assumed that I’d get the same here in Louisiana, but no, the food was gross each time & the selection is limited & the service…. What happened to southern hospitality? Very Disappointed 🙁
Prices are very good and food is for the most part good. I love the buffet style and employees are nice. Good variety of food and I think it’s the best buffet around. Nola area def needs more buffet style restaurants..I’d recommend!

Its ok. I’ve been going here since I was little and boy has it changed. It’s always crowded and the foods hard to get to. I don’t know a time when it’s empty, but if you do, let me know because the food is very yummy comfort food and the price is so low! The rolls are delicious and so is the macaroni…. I just hate the people there, too crowded.
All American Buffet – Great Value. It’s not Ruth’s Chris or Commander’s, but WOW for the money it’s really good. Nice salad bar, soups, steak, fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, pot roast, fried shrimp(small but good) just to name a few and lots of vegee choices, the mashed potatoes are especially good, and the dessert bar is full of homemade goodies. The food was hot and fresh and we really enjoyed our meal, although we ate too much. hahaha
Just gross. The only thing worth eating here are the rolls. I went seven years ago and haven’t been back. It feels like a nursing home that hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Food was littered across the stained carpet. Kids ran around uncontrolled. Old grandmas going to Treasure Chest keep it in business. The steaks are not terrible, but the other negatives keep me from going back.
