This menu is not accurate! I ordered Mongolian beef off the LUNCH menu, got to the restaurant and was charged $13! Was informed it was not a lunch menu item! No offer to make up for the mistake was made! Very unprofessional!
We love Happy Wok!. The food is very good, fresh and tasty, not greasy like some Chinese places, and not full of MSG. The prices are reasonable, the servings are generous, and you can customize some things by ordering them spicy or adding extra (for a charge) of certain things, like $2 extra beef in the broccoli beef. We get takeout from Happy Wok several times a month and will miss it very much when we move.

Don’t be fooled by its appearance… This place is awesome! You can tell how fresh the food is my girlfriend and I order here a lot they give you a TON of food too…
Good food!. I have ALWAYS found the food at Happy Wok to be very good. It’s made fresh, and they have a good variety of dishes, very reasonably priced, etc. Maybe they need to advertise more, but I do see a lot of people coming in for take-out. I always go during lunch, and I’m thinking that probably this type of strip-mall Chinese restaurant is going to be successful more as a lunch or take-out place, especially in NOLA where there are a lot of New Orleans food restaurants where people probably go at night instead of for Chinese. I actually like that it’s a quiet environment.
The absolut worst , walk in anytime the place will be empty.
