  • Love Good Food!

Great place to get seafood! Loved the boiled crawfish, boudin balls, corn on the cob, and sausage! The food was very reasonably priced and everything was very delicious and just what I had hoped for. Restaurant was a little tight, but I didn’t think about it once I began enjoying my food!

Had the boiler crawfish and shrimp. They were great. Son had ham and roast beef poboy and devoured it. Got sweet potato fries which were good and Cajun fried potatoes and stuffed artichoke which were not good at all. Stick with the main sellers and you’ll be impressed

This was my second trip and my memory of how good it was spot on. It is a good thing I don’t live closer as it could be dangerous as I would be a regular here. The oysters en brochette were very good but the tiger sauce was watery. The fried catfish was perfect for me. It was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The two big filets are a big portion with corn on the cob and harbor potatoes and green salad

Great place for a dozen oysters and some boiled crawfish. You can also order boiled corn, potatoes and garlic. They even have Abita on draft. I came here a while back and sat next to Chef John Besh at the bar. He was eating a shrimp po-boy. This hole in the wall, close to the airport is good enough for one of New Orleans’ best Chefs….Try it, but come early they fill up quickly.

As you can see most of the review sites, this is a solid 4+ stars pick. I go there for the same 3 things – a dozen raw oysters, a side of hush puppies and an Albita draft. Perfect every time I stop.

Worst stuffed crab I ever had.. Worst stuffed crab, mostly bread, tasted kind of old. Everything was over-salted, too. Was expecting a great meal given how popular this place is, and was very disappointed.

Seafood Heaven. Lisa K. was the best waitress ever. She provides excellent service with a beautiful personality. The food was as great as the service. Oysters on the half shell, turtle soup, gator sausage, crab stuffed lobster, oh my!!!! We will definitely be back the next time we visit NOLA.
