Don’t waste your time. This by far the worst Olive Garden I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. The menu was limited compared to other locations. The restaurant is extremely outdated compared to other locations as well.
Worst service ever! Waitress basically threw plates at us. Soup spilled all over, will not be coming back any time soon . Very disappointed, used to like the Olive Garden in Northern VA but this one is disappointing ! Food quality also poor with pasta poorly served with gigantic chunks of tomato in limited sauce like out of a can… Oh and salad only lettuce.
Too noisy. When I got out for a meal on the scale of a nice Italian meal, I like to have a bottle of wine and relax. What I don’t want it your noisy, obnoxious, loud ass kid at the table next to me disturbing my ability to enjoy my meal. Now, is this the fault of Olive Garden, no, not at all, but they do tend to draw a family type crowd with kids and as such, it just gets loud. The least they could do is try to do a better job of separating the crown so that the adults without kids can have a room of relative quite and keep the kids more together. If they ever learned to handle the crowd like this, I’d probably go back more often.
Good for a chain!. I am not sure what more to expect for a chain restaurant. I liked the soup and eggplant parmigiana. Pretty standard taste. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Food quality was okay, nothing to rave about. But then again you know that you are going to olive garden, so you expect the same.
Waste of time and money. This restaurant was highly recommended to me by some good friends and I was very disappointed in either my friends taste and the place itself. To start with the plate were dirty, the glasses had fingerprint on it and the fork had still some left over from the dishwasher. then came the food which was most ordinary and tasted like defrosted in a microwave. The waitress was very professional, a little bit too much maybe but she did her best to serve as many people as she could as fast as possible. This place is always full, especially on weekend but for people who like quality food it is a waste of time.
Terrible. Terrible service – got the order wrong multiple times, waited forever for the drinks food to come out, then the server would disappear for long periods of time. Sub-par food is not worth this hassle.
