I ordered a oyster/shrimp platter and I got 6 oyster and 6 shrimps for a pricey $17. I always go here and get crawfish until I discovered I was paying for a pound of the boiled garlic and lemon as well. If I pay for 5lbs that’s what I want Not 4 lbs and the other pound of garlic and lemons. I’m disappointed in this place. By the way I went to Kenner seafood and trust me it was nothing like this. This is why I’m writing a review for all to read
Awesome. Was headed out of town but wanted to eat before getting on the road. Found Smitty’s in Kenner on the web. Best food ever. When you order be prepared to love everything. I loved it so much I ordered more to take back to Florida.
Went for lunch today. It was great. Had a couple of Po’Boys. Bread was extremely fresh and the sandwiches were LOADED with shrimp and crawfish. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients.
Suckie bbq shrimp. Had the worst experience today ordered the bbq shrimp and they were over cooked.the cajun potatoes I had as a side under cooked and hard.the only thing I enjoyed was the roasted garlic salad dressing.
Add $2 to my bill and let me leave with the nutcrackers28 Jul, 2013$18 for half a dozen crabs but they expect the waitresses to but their own nutcrackers!??
Jerks. I stood in the entry way for five minutes. The wait staff wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. When two women walked in, the waitress immediately asked if they would like a seat, as they were standing right next to me.
Great food. Okay food, but the waitress added an automatic tip with only five people at the table.
