The best server ever. I entered zatarains kitchen around 2 on tuesday may 19th my server was this really nice, friendly, funny lady name letita. The restaurant was crowded and i was amazed to watch this lady take 4 table orders and a party of 6 without writing anything down. So of course i doubted her. It was no way in hell she could remember all the orders that she had taken. Man she prove me wrong. The service was wonderful, fast, and her attitude was magnificent. Ok enough about the server, the drinks were overpriced with hardly no alchol and the food, well my roastbeef poboy was goooood!!
Skip it, NOT authentic!. Zatarain’s should be embarrassed for selling this so called seasoned food, it’s garbage. Being a native from New Orleans, this food is not a reminder of this city and I’m sure tourist are puzzled why the food is better outside the airport. Service was on target!
Chicken and sausage jumbalaya. NOT the chicken and sausage jumbalya. Unless you want spicy rice and NO MEAT Disappointed!!!!
I seldom write reviews, but I felt I have to warn others about this place. Nothing was good about it. The service was horrible, the food was right out of a box, and it was dry and overpriced. The kitchen was indeed 2 microwaves and a toaster oven. I will never be back. We sent back 2 of the 3 plates we ordered they were very nice about it and didn’t charge me. About the only nice thing I can say about the place’s food is that it reminded me of being a bachelor and eating Zatarans in my home.
Service Counts. Although I didn’t eat while at Zatarain’s Kitchen, I had THE BEST service while sitting at the bar. Everyone behind the bar was very friendly and outgoing. It was very evident that the entire staff was having fun while still providing excellent customer service! I can deal with bad food in an airport but have walked out of plenty of restaurants with bad service. I actually did it an an Atlanta Airport restaurant that same trip. SERVICE COUNTS!
Horrible!. I use zatarain s products at home. Andi love them….so being at the airport I decided to try the restaurant..OMGOODNESS ..it was horrible….Imy husband and I had the sampler…..all we had was rice rice and more rice… Soggy…I should of got a hotdog at the stand in the airport…what. A waste of money….please refund
The kitchen is 2 microwaves! The service is slow, the good was cold, and worst of all was how the food tasted! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
