Absolute garbage. How can such a place exist in a city with such wonderful food? Zatarains sells packaged rice, gumbo mix, and other items at your local grocery store. I dont think they even use their own products in this restaurant. If they did, at least that would be edible.
The employees should realize a job is not just given, and I will not waste my money just because. My appetite can wait until my next flight. If they cannot handle a fast environment, they should definitely consider a different job. If they are mad they are not making tips, that is not my fault, it is theirs. Their attitude needs to change significantly. They should all take a professional business class is college since nagging and yelling across the room about my order is not professional at all. Be ready to work with a positive attitude or go home because it doesn’t matter where you’re eating everyone needs the best service possible. And maybe no one will read this but if corporate did care and see their ratings and comments they should do something about it. Do a mystery shopper see how it works!
