Great Food Every Day. I love Bayou Bistro in the Crowne Plaza Lafayette, it’s convenient for me so I eat lunch there a lot. Every day there’s a chef’s choice menu on the buffet so there’s always something new and the price is awesome at less than $10. If you’re looking to order off the menu the Bisque or Shrimp and Tasso pasta are ah-mazing. (I also love the burgers and poboys. Actually, I haven’t found anything from here that I don’t like yet.) If you go at night, Shaniel is the best bartender… you should ask her to dream something special up just for you. I really like this place and the atmosphere is casual enough for lunch or dressy enough for a dinner date.
