Im so thankful that there is another option for Indian food in this town. Bismillah is low key and down to earth. Order at the front or go straight to the buffet and get a drink from the cooler. Pay after. Buffet is small but delicious. And its inexpensive at just under $10.
Some co-workers and I decided to try Bismallah for lunch and all in all we enjoyed our lunch. One of my favorite things is Samosas. The other Indian restaurant in town has only potato and peas which I love; however, Bismallah has chicken and beef samosas. I got an order of each and they were very good with a nice kick of spice. My friends got the butter chicken, some potatoes in curry and some lentil soup. Everything was delicious with just enough heat. We also liked the puffed bread. My only disappointment was the mint chutney. I just love the mint chutney at Masala and couldnt wait to try Bismallahs. Sadly it was not nearly as good, which is ashamed because I really wanted to try it with the meat samosas. Bismallah is a small restaurant and the menu is limited but seems to be growing. Definitely worth giving a try!
