I have always had good service here and great sno cones just wish they had black cherry.
Great sno- cones but TERRIBLE customer service. I visited 9:22 pm. 7/2/13. Had the worst customer service I ever had at a place. We were ordering 6 sno- cones and we were saying different flavors,somehow they gave us one more bubblegum then we ordered. We told the person we had too many bubble gum flavored ones and we wanted to change the flavor. She said they could not change the flavor I would have to pay for the mistaken flavor and the new flavor. So I would have to pay for 2 cones when I just wanted one more with a different flavor. She proceed to tell me that I wasted their product, which is only water and juice. she proceeded to tell me it’s like if I go to burger King I could not change my drink, Really,I told her that any place would have changed my order. I asked for my money back,and she gave it back, but would not let me place another order. PITIFUL customer service. No more cajun – sno for me. I had mentioned to her that I had given them a good review earlier this year, but I will definitely be giving her a terrible review this time. the cones are good, but since I had bad customer service I could not eat it. Very bad experience for this traveler from Atlanta to Lafayette. I will give them a bad review on every site I’m on. It was not like I was not going to pay for it. I should have given her all the cones back and get my money back.

Yum!. I went to Cajun Sno today for the first time. I ordered a Red Velvet Cheesecake. It really does taste like a Red Velvet Cheesecake. Good consistency too! Ill def be back!
Cajun Sno is the best!. I am a small time snowball expert… I try ’em all and make ’em at home. My #1 favorite snowball stand is easily Cajun Sno for many reasons, including finest syrups and year round status…. PROTIP: For visitors to Lafayette, have a po-boy for lunch at Old Time Grocery and a stuffed snowball at Cajun Sno for dessert/snack! Bonus PROTIP: Have nachos at Cajun Sno with a snowball for a great sweet and salty combo!!!!
