I have had enough of this location!!!! The staff is ridiculous! They have no concept of food safety changing trash and fixing your coffee!!! The condiment bar and trash can is always dirty. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge you. The staff has put me on hold with an attitude multiple times, I about slapped this one dude behind the counter. This place use to rock!!! Now its like they hire a bunch of idiots of don’t give two bits of crap about coffee or customer service!!! I don’t know who is managing CC’s coffee houses any more but every freaking decision you guys have been making has been wrong! Starbucks!!! Go study Starbucks!!! not the coffee, your coffee is better. Go study customer service, trash cans, condiment bars, atmosphere, product placement, food safety, and quality control! Rant over!!! Only because I care, Teddy Bear!!!
