If you like boiled crawfish and I do, the ones we had tonight at Dwights were top notch. The size was medium and some a little hard to peal but they (regular) were seasoned great. The five pounds with 2 small potatoes and one ear of corn was $34 – so not a cheap date.
As early as it is in the season for Crawfish they were really good size and tasty! They are seasoned perfectly and do it right by not dumping seasoning on the outside. I have to admit they were better than Louisiana crawfish time in taste and service which is usually my #1 choice.
