Favorite Food Truck in Lafayette!. My husband and I LOVE Mad LuAnn’s. It is by far our favorite food truck in Lafayette! A few of our favorites include: Boudin Balls with Pepper Jelly dipping sauce, BBQ Brisket Sliders, Boudin Wontons with Creamy Pepper Jelly dipping sauce, and the Chicken Biscuits with local honey. I am dying to try the Banana’s Foster French Toast and Boudin Biscuits! I would definitely recommend Mad LuAnn’s to anyone looking to support a local business and eat some delish food!

Delicious. Finally a food truck with breakfast! Love the boudin biscuit with fig preserves. Their smoked pulled pork sliders and the chicken, bacon, cheese sliders are incredible for lunch.
