This is the type of place that Lafayette has been waiting for. Gluten free, diabetic friendly desserts, locally roasted coffee from Reve, and a Raw foods menu under one roof. All of the dishes I’ve tried are delicious. (Breakfast pancakes are a must-have) Desserts are to die for (try the flourless chocolate cake!). Wash it down with a goat’s milk latte. And let’s have a little talk about their oatmeal cream pies. Bucket list item for all of humankind right there! Items available to go or to buy and take home to prepare (GF pizzas, etc.). Well done, Mortar and Pestle. And well done, Lafayette.
