We were quoted a 25 minute wait. An hour and 10 minutes later, we were seated. The wait area was a definite fire hazard since the door was blocked by all the people waiting for a table. Most were quoted the same wait time as us. The hostess left to get us a kid’s menu and never came back. Our server brought us one after we sat for 5 minutes without being greeted. There were about 12 empty tables so I’m not sure why the wait took over an hour. We got our silverware after our appetizer came out. My steak was undercooked and tough. We will not be returning.
Have given this place way too many chances. This last attempt, waited nearly 10 minutes to even be spoken too by a waiter. Prime rib was completely over cooked, sides were cold. Overall, yet another disassociating experience.
The only chain restaurant in Laffy that I like. Steak is good, margaritas and salads are good. The wings were okay
Your Kidding, Right?. I went here one Sunday for Lunch they had I think 3 maybe 4 steaks on the menu all over prices and completely disappointing. Steak wasn’t seasoned I can’t even remember anything else that’s how bad it was. Oh… the Bloomin Onion I much prefer Texas Roadhouse’s Cactus Blossom.
FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THERE.. The service was horrible.Right when my boyfriend and i walked through the door the hostess did not greet us, instead she gave us a rude look. Then we were seated with a waitress and she looked as if she just wanted to get her shift over with. She did what she had to do, but still, put some effort into your work and make your guests feel welcomed. After receiving our food, we asked a waiter if he could get us some steak sauce, but before we could even finish asking the full question, he turned and walked away, about a minute that’s when he came back with the sauce, showing irritation on his face just because his shift was about to end and he wanted to leave. As we left, again no one said thank you or have a good night. The food is overly priced and not good at all.We both ordered steak, the steak was overcooked and really dry. Even the side dishes were horrible.To sum it up, bad horrible service, food wasn’t all that great, not for the price they asking for. That will be our first and last time going there in this area. I would never want to go to a place where i don’t feel comfortable and welcomed.
The taz crawfish are the absolute best fried crawfish on earth hands down. Soooo gooood. Never a let down . Nommmm!
