This Cafe offers some of the best Cajun / Creole home cooked meals in the area. It is a family run business with freshly prepare dishes daily. The service is friendly, but the wait is lengthy. Food is well worth the wait, with affordable prices. I have not had a bad food item here yet. Everything is good, but I most enjoy the bisque and gumbos. I eat here several times each month. Great eatery.
We went for a great lunch. Rachael’s recently expanded to more double in size . The Rachael gumbo was very good – but could have been served hotter. I had the fried catfish poboy and it was very good. The fish tasted fresh and was nice and crisp.
Delicious food and friendly staff! Loved it!The meatloaf covered in grilled onions and mushrooms was fabulous along with roasted beets and brussel sprouts. It was true comfort food!
Everything was over cooked except the baked potato had the stuffed redfish very disappointed my husbands meal was the same we do take out a lot still paying the same as if we ate there really hate when this happens
Had read good reviews about this place, obviously written by owner. Food not bad, just way overpriced for what you get, won’t be back.
Delicious!. Their grilled catfish is amazing, undoubtedly the best I have ever eaten in my life. In fact, everything on their menu is great. You must go early, however, if you want to get a table. This place is very small and very popular.
Great food, great atmosphere, and great people! Love the crab cakes, gumbo, and all the paleo treats 😉
