Vietnamese food is here to stay! If you’ve never had Vietnamese food there is nothing to be afraid of. One its very affordable, so you don’t have worry about leaving hungry or breaking the bank. Two, the menu although large can be simplified. They have a number system so you don’t have to embarrass yourself trying to pronounce this or that, you can just say I would like a C57 etc. Just try one of these two on your first visit.Pho- Big Bowl of Brothy Soup with herbs and noddles, very light will be flavored by the protein you choose and the sprouts, jalopeno, celantrto, lime, and cabbage that are served on the side.Vermicelli- Bowl of clear rice noodles, slightly chewy very neutral in flavor, also will be flavored by the protein you choose. This will be served with an eggroll, and various vegies in the bowl with the noodles.

Oh my word!!! This place is amazing. Great service. LANG-> you’re the man. Such a great waiter. He was my waiter both times and he never let me down. The egg rolls are wonderful. Thank you Saigon for making me fat and broke.

This is a great place. Service exceptional. I had the Bun Bo Hue, which was a spicy soup filled with Beef, pork knuckle, ham hock, and lemongrass. This soup was packed with flavor and a slow, savory heat. It came with a side plate of bean sprouts, limes, jalapeos, red cabbage, basil, and cilantro to add if desired. Really a fantastic soup. Finished off with a Vietnamese iced coffee. This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Lafayette. And the place is always packed for lunch and dinner. I came in at 2pm and there was hardly a table free. Highly recommended!

I love this place. They have great prices and lots of items to choose from, most of which I find to be fairly healthy and flavorful. I do not, however, like that they are closed on Mondays

Oxtail Pho. Tripe takes some getting used to but the oxtail was fall of the bone tender and had great flavor. Veggies on the side were crisp and fresh, especially the bean sprouts.21 May, 2015First Time Pho Eater. Got the ox tail and tendon pho. Delicious and great service!

B54 is where its at!. Excellent, simple food. Spring rolls are great and the noodle bowl is fantastic but I have never finished it. Too much food. I am not a fan of the eggrolls but my SO loves them. Great light lunch/dinner option.
