A bit of a hidden gem. Very authentic, I believe it’s technically Honduran cuisine. Last years name (and perhaps ownership) change was for the better, with improvements to the dining area, physical menu, and quality of English spoken by the employees. The balleda especial is a good starting place. It’s like a quesadilla with beef, avocado, scrambled egg, and lots more. They have a wide variety of taco meats including stuff you normally only see south of the Rio Grande.
