Ive been here on several occasions. I have had to wait behind the hostess on one morning and witness her get parties of two (mine was a party of two) seated before us. They werent people with reservations, as Id watched them sign in and heard the conversations with the hostess. I have made reservations before, where I drove from an hour away, only to get to a closed restaurant (they never called to let us know theyd be closed due to weather, as you can imagine the frustration of driving an hour in this weather to get there). On a very separate occasion, I have had hair in my food to which the inattentive staff responded by laughing and letting me aware that at least it doesnt look like theyre pubes. Over priced, mediocre food, with hit or miss (usually a miss service). I havent been back since the hair occurrence. I tipped appropriately, although I wanted to leave a few pennies and write on the receipt at least they arent pubes. If you do plan on coming here, clear out three hours of your day… one to wait to be seated, one to wait on your food, and a third to get/ pay your bill.

Seems like they just pick people off the street to wait tables and let them wear whatever they would like. The food takes almost an hour to come out. Their ticket times are absolutely terrible. The owner/manager walks around yelling at workers in front of customers, looks like she’s wearing pajamas, and is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. The only reason I gave this place a 2 is because the food really is so good. I only go back when I’m craving it and have enough time to have a 3 hour lunch and willing to put up with terrible service.
