The purpose of making a phone order is to have it ready when u get there, well I did make a phone order was told give them 15 minutes, which I did and get there and have to wait 15 minutes, also never ask my name on the phone or phone number, I just find this not professional at all, mash potatoes are cold, think ill drive to popeyes next time
