Service, well at least our server was the best that this place had going for them. We will never eat here again. I witnessed the cooks in view of the dining room use their cell phones multiple times and then return to preparing food. This of course is completely unsanitary and disgusting. I shared with the manager, and she basically just agreed it was unsanitary – yes, that was the extent of her service recovery… at least the server addressed it right away when the cook was preparing my food. Someone should put our server in management. I also shared I would never return with the manager and I received a head nod – not sure what was intended there. Completely unacceptable… If your kitchen is going to be in view of the public, at least have your cook follow sanitation guidelines. Shout out to our server Andria, she was fantastic and we appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism.

Food is delicious! One of our top picks when we make the drive to lake Charles! My favorites are the seafood pasta roll, steaks, martinis, and the bread pudding!

If I only considered food flavor, then 121 would be a top rated eatery in my assessment. But Ifound the service tobe average and the dcor in the dining area unexciting. However, the Italian Shepard pie was very good withits brown gravybath perfectly concocted: not too salty and not burnt. The dessert cannoli was fun to eat especially when the hintof liqueur displayed on my taste buds.

Had caprese salad. Can you get bigger blander roma tomatoes? Fried mozzarela- best part was tomato sauce. Had smoked ribeye poboy on a recommendation. Tasted like reheated leftover steak with a thin boring aujus. Ordered the french fries, undercooked and greasy. Makes me want to go there again…… But the water was pretty good

Very disappointed, again. Tried to have a nice diner out and once again this place was a bust. Was told we would have a 30 minute wait. No problem- We went to the bar, saw some old friends, met some new ones and was having a great evening. After 45 minutes I went to check on our reservation( for 2) and saw that my name( and cell # openly displayed) was scratched out. The staff told me we had been seated! After getting no where we asked the patrons we met at the bar (who were now leaving) if they new who could help us get seated( there were open tables all over) and they assisted. The manager came over and told us we would be seated next. I went and closed out my bar tab, after they couldn’t find my card, game me a check for 80.00, then the next one for 23.00. Neither was mine but I paid and moved on. When I returned to be seated the manager changed his tune and we were then told there were several to be seated in front of us! By now it was well over an hour, I was not happy, no one was being seated, many were waiting and had had enough. The food is very good here if you get served, but for us it has been bad service more than good. Go elsewhere !!!!

Bad!!. We waited about 45 min and they had about 10 empty tables the whole time. Once we were seated we waited a whole just for water. The staff looked lost and confused. The food was horrible, bland, not fresh at all. I had the Mona Lisa and it was wry watery. The fried mozzarella tasted like it came out of a freezer. I had called ahead to make sure they were taking gift cards and was told they were, which is the only reason we went, but then it wasn’t working. After another 15 min or so the problem was fixed but the manager never came over to table when the waitress told us he would. All around a bad experience will not be going back

Disappointed. This place was very disappointing! My husband paid $30 for a ribeye that came out and was nothing but burnt crisp fat. I ordered the 12 oz steak it was so tough that I couldn’t eat it. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!
