  This is really good Mexican food and also has really good drinks. This is a great environment to just hang out with friends and family when at the Golden Nugget.

  Wonderful food but they are in need of BETTER HELP!!. Our food is always amazing , seafood, enchilladas, cheese dip, whatever it is it doest matter its all great & the bar and bartenders were absolutely perfect!! But the hostess have just about the worst eperience ever, one of the girls asked us three times if she could help us in the time spand of 15 minutes, WHEN SHE WAS INFACT THE ONE WHO WROTE OUR NAME DOWN, as we waited another hostess came and asked our name and said she didnt even see it on the list we waited 30 minutes for a table after they seated people who were on the list after us before us . Frustrating as the help was we will still go back because of the food and drinks

  They still have some kinks to work out. Came in and sat a bar for lunch today. I took about 7 mins before I was asked what I’d like to drink, although I was given a menu when I sat down. Luckily I was able to order at the same time I placed my drink order. I ordered sweet tea. Received unsweet. I didn’t say anything, it’s not a big deal. Ordered a burrito with no guacamole. It came 35 mins later with guacamole. I had run at out time to eat the burrito on my 1 hour break so I got it to go. $20 later I’m left unsatisfied. It’ll be a while before I go back. They are too unorganized right now. Which, I suppose, i should have expected.

  Fish tacos. They should be called cabbage tacos. Every bite I took was cabbage and whatever else they put in there. Never really tasted the fish unless you ate the fish by itself. Very disappointed. If they’re going to be called fish tacos, please put fish in it

  Mediocre food in an extremely loud environment. I get that part of the restaurant is a bar, but the football game playing this evening was broadcast at high volume to every corner of the restaurant. They did not even turn it down for commercials, which are always louder. It was not a pleasant environment, and for that reason alone we won’t be trying this place again.As for the food, the guacamole was clearly made with partly rotten avocados, but the red salsa was good. Everything else was mediocre – the fajitas, the chicken salad, the tortilla soup.
