Bummer.. We used to love Cancun but the last 3 or 4 times we have been over charged, the food isn’t as good and the staff is lacking…This last visit of ours was the worst…we were overcharged by $20! They couldn’t explain how/what/why the $20 was on our bill but it was and we had to pay it. The waitress messed up my order and and had an attitude when I asked for the correct thing (how do you confuse chicken with beef?). By the time my new food was ready everyone else had eaten and I just put it in a box to go. The staff has gotten too comfortable and give subpar service. We will be going elsewhere now.
Legit Mexican Food. Great food here. Although I like Casa’s salsa better, Cancun’s food is much more authentic than Casa Manana and Que Pasa. Never had a bad meal here. Very laid back/family atmosphere. Never too too busy. One of my favorites!
Would not go back. Service was horrible. It took ages for everything. And then, my taquitos were completely inedible, tough as nails, unchewable.
I just had dinner there for my first time. I was disappointed . My dinner came 10 mins after my dates and was burnt Taquitos. My plate was broken. Salsa was tasteless! Not going back!
Sevice and staff was bad. Me and 6 friends were meeting a friend up there it took about 15 minutes just to get a glass of water then another 10 minutes to get a menu. So after we got our food we had to go and find someone to get our check.. Now this is where it all went to Hell the food wasnt that good any ways. We were getting up and my jacket was wet and my girl friends purse was completely soaked. When i went to let the lady at he front know she tried pass blame on us. When i gave her my card to pay i dropped it in front of her and she lost her S#$T. I was just letting them know what happened and i got the just pay and you can leave now and dont come back. So DONT wast your time at this place.
Never had a problem. I have been going to Cancun for many years and have never had a complaint with any of their service or food! It’s always been fresh and tasty! The best Mexican food in town!
Mixed bag. I will keep this short and sweet……If you can get past the smell and the atmosphere, the food and the staff/service are great.
