This is the second time in a row the service has sucked, I won’t be back!An I witnessed a couple so wasted…. With 3 children…an the manager had to walk them out! Really you just let these people leave an not have to pay… I over heard him say don’t worry about it…. An drive off with these children… Well I think they should have payed an the cops should have greeted them at the exit !!! I had to wait 30min for service ect, payed for my meal! Not impressed! Won’t be back!!!!!

Getting better. So this location is not yet all the way back, but the difference is certainly being noticed. The staff is much friendlier. The place is getting cleaner. And they have new managers that seem to care. Although they have a really young team and just need to get some experience to really achieve a higher level! Kudos to the efforts being made
Our Chili’s has been OK. Tonight the food was OK. The service was nonexistent.
