They have made a lot of changes. The last reviews are outdated compared to the changes that CiCi’s has made over the past year. My family goes about twice a month and encounters a pleasant experience most of the time. There are only two employees there that I would consider rude and the rest are completely pleasant and helpful. Their recipe has changed and they have expanded and standardized what is one the buffet. For under $20 a family of three can get their fill on pizza, pasta, breadsticks and dessert. It’s a lot cheaper than ordering delivery and is perfect for families or groups who cannot agree on pizza toppings.
Not worth the money r time if u want real pizza go to mr. Gattis r pizza hut cici pizza needs a new recipes cause the pizza is flat like a cardboard hard & don’t have but a small sprinkle of topping over it like 2 pepperoni couple of sausage u can’t get full u have to eat until u pass out to get full and than on top eat 10 cinnamon rolls tha is the only thing Tha is worth eating there.

CiCi’s or SoSo’s?. The pizza buffet was never full and it was Friday night at prime time…6:30pm.The selection of pizza was very limited and the workers seemed to be non-chalant about their work except for the guy cleaning off the tables…He took pride in his work and was diligent as well as people oriented. Overall, I’d have to give this one two thumbs down because it used to be called CiCi’s but now should be known as SoSo’s.
Will make you sick. The worse PIZZA ever. The worse service also Please do waste your money. The only thing good was the Dr.Pepper.
Would rather have a totino’s $1 frozen pizza. Domino’s changed their recipe. Why can’t CiCi’s? A friend told me, but you can order whatever you want and they’ll bring it to you. I would rather pay 6 or 7 bucks for all-you-can eat totino’s pizza. I had to eat a big bowl of salad and like 5 cinammon breadsticks just so I could leave feeling full.
