I like this place. The bathroom is nasty though. Clean it up.
Fabulous!. I went to Mongolian Grill for the first time the other day (I believe) & it was fabulous! The portion size was perfect & the food was delicious. The service wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t amazing either. The crab meat was artificial though, you could tell. But other then that the food was delicious! I’m actually going back there for lunch & I can’t wait! Yuuuuuummm..
We came tonight as a group of 10. It was my first time and the food was fresh and hot. I was impressed and will be back
Always Satisfied. This is a great place for a quick meal. My colleagues introduced it to me a month ago and I go at least 2x a week. Great way to eat healthy because you control your own portion and whats included. Highly recommend this place.
Spoiled. I have come to realize I am spoiled by all the luxuries of dining in Tampa. So, I am trying to not be snot, however, Lake Charles is wont for some good food.I decided to try Mongolian Grill because Bd’s has always been a great experience for us, even on a low key night. Not the case here. Quite a bit less in variety, and just overall not a great experience. My biggest issue with this restaurant is the fact that when walking in and hoping to sit at the bar, a mother had a floor mobile laid out on top of the bar with her baby playing under it! AT THE BAR! Not only is this bar not very big but what an awful way to encourage patrons to come and enjoy dinner. I quickly took notice of the fact NO ONE was sitting at the bar and requested my bowl in a to-go box in order to enjoy in the solidarity of my room. I am assuming they were an owner because I cannot imagine any manager seeing this as a great way to run business. I will not be returning.
What to say…. Me and my family have eaten here several times and must say, there is a wait if its busy but the food is worth it…. I mean come on, how many places can you pick exactly what you want to eat and what you want it sauced in? The resurrection of the old Mongolian BBQ idea was a great thing for this area. I have to give this place two thumbs up for food and service
A good choice.. Thxgiving week-end — and all my USpoon research was useless due to holiday closings , and ended up here, and I am pretty happy about it.This seems to be a resurgance of a once more popular restaurant concept called Mongolean barbecue — where you pick your own ingredients (meats, veges and SAUCES ), and hand over to a chef with a flat griddle. I have not seen that idea ’round these parts for a long time.I like choices and variety and this places gives you plenty of that (for dinner 11 bucks) They even have tasting spoons (like ice cream places) to taste all sauces — helping you avoid mistakes. They got beer and are 5 minutes off the I-210 loop, so if you are traveling through … If they had a location in New Orleans, I would go very now and then.
