There were 5 of the dumbest hostesses on duty the night we went to Jack’s. They were walking all over each other. I watched them mess up one family’s seating, so I kept a close eye on the ding bats. I kept seeing people getting sat, so I went up to inquire. My name was still on the list with the wrong buzzer number. After 15 mins, I went back to see that my name was erased. It took over an hour to get seated. They have wayyyy to many ditzy hostesses at one time. The waitress we had was great!

HORRIBLE. Wanted to like this place due to the cool looking atmosphere, but very disappointed. We were told out wait for a table of 2 would only be 15-20 minutes which turned into over an hour. People who came after us were being seated before us, not to mention the abundance of empty tables in the restaurant when we were finally being seated. When we were finally seated, another party was seated at our table therefore we had to wait for an open table.The hostesses were completely clueless! Only saw our waitress 3 times and that was in between periods of 30 minutes each time. The manager had to take our drink order. Waited 30 minutes just to place our food order. Very disappointed, horrible service, one of the worst dinning experience ever!
