We dined at O’Charley’s last night, and it was amazing! Did not disappoint! We both had the Louisiana Sirloin, and split an order of Twisted Chips. The steaks were perfectly cooked to med-rare, the complimentary rolls were hot and soft, my salad was fresh and crisp, the loaded potato was cooked tender and fantastic, and the service was PERFECT! My waitress was Milana. She was polite, attentive to our table, and was very friendly! Will go back again !

When I ordered she came back and asked what I wanted as my second side..I said oh! I thought it came with one and mashed potatoes..then I Ordered my second side. The dish came out with no mashed potatoes and she said it was because she rung up two sides..she brought my mashed potatoes 15 minutes later after asking how the food was and if I wanted a to go box. I was still really nice to her but seriously disappointed. The other tables in their section didn’t get their drinks refilled either and an older couple never even got their drink order in until being there 20 minutes. My husband was happy with the food but I wasn’t. 🙁
