Unpleasant dining at its finest! Very long time before a server even appeared. Appetizers and main meal were cold and the plating was either cold burned and not appetizing. We ate soup salad and breadsticks. Recovered a refund for the rest of the meal. This happened three times won’t be going back.
Used to, we made it a family night to go eat out at Olive Garden. Growing up, it was always one of our favorite places to go–Mainly for the bread and Alfredo sauce. Now, it’s torture going here. Slow seating, if your waiter comes to get your drinks without you going to find them, they won’t be back until it’s time to pay–if then. Food was still half frozen last 2 times we went, never got a refill, our waiter forgot she had us in her section, and portion sizes (when we finally got our food) were entirely too small for what we paid. We won’t be going back anytime soon, if ever. Do NOT recommend!!!
