A Good Introduction. If ever you feel adventurous and want to try an exotic cuisine, then head to Pho Saigon. They will serve you an authentic Vietnamese meal with a smile. I gave up on Chinese buffet fried rice years ago but found their rice to be mighty tasty. Their service is quick and they work hard to accommodate you. A bonus is the dining room virtually extends right out to their parking lot, so it’s only a few steps from your car to the table.
