Filthy place! The rack for the soup bowls was covered in old food (completely desiccated), lint and who knows what else. I went through 6 plates before I found one not dirty. Also had to go through quite a bit of silverware. Food did not taste good. Men’s restroom did not appear to have been cleaned in quite a while and smelled bad. Horrible experience. Had my money refunded. Got Subway on way back to office.

I like it, but my husband doesn’t so we won’t be back. The steaks were well done and salty. We would have preferred them more medium and with much less salt. I liked that the salad bar had mixed greens and not just iceberg lettuce. The baked chicken was very good! The best part was their rolls, served hot, soft inside with honey butter, melts in your mouth, we asked for a 2nd basket!
Ryans family resturant lacking. Went to eat at Ryans today and they say 3rd time is a charm,but for the third time they were out of all kinds of basic items,I asked the manager who was at the grill with a grill full of raw meat if they didn’t have anything in the meat line but chicken and he started naming all the meats available.the only thing I saw was a couple of small triangles of ham a tiny sliver of turkey on the carving board and raw steaks that he quickly told me was available that they were cooked to order,if you have ever been to rayan you know that if you leave to get other things on your plate after telling the guy how you want your steak that someone else winds up with your steak,they were out of mashed potatoes they didnt have any rolls ready(I was 3/4 my way finished by the time the rolls arrived) and you would think that instead of telling me all the things available that the manager would look over his area and see all the things that was out. while I had to settle for fried chicken that I could have gotten at popyes alot cheaper and better , his staff had time to come out clapping and singing for a birthday.There is nothing wrong with honoring a birthday but business should come first.like I said 3rd time is a charm I wont be going back to RYANS,lousy service,Lousy choice of entrees,out of staple items.
