Save your time and money. Slow service and poor food quality. Pretty deceptive also. I ordered a plate that was shown as including a number of items, but when my order actually got to me there was a little meat, enough salad to cover a cracker, and some sort of mystery side. When I mentioned it to the cashier he seemed to think I was crazy to suggest that the meal I got should have some relationship to the picture of the item they show.
I haven’t been in a while but have always enjoyed the food. I know that the Taj Mahal is in India, but I’m pretty sure the owners and the cuisine they are preparing are Pakistani. That may explain why you don’t think it’s a good Indian restaurant. It’s a no frills sort of place that could be a little more affordable, but good overall. Try the samosas and butter chicken masala.
