Held hostage. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for 12 minutes and counting.
The first time we came, we left because of the wait the second time we called ahead and was sat in 5 mins, the host asked if we had ever been to Texas Roadhouse. We said no this is our first time, we had a gentleman approach named Ryan, he brought us a plate with samples of sides and explained how everything was made in house and a little history, and gave us a coupon for next time free app. Was very impressed with the friendliness. Our appetizers were out very quickly. Food was great, my husbands steak was actually cooked correctly (med rare) outback has never got his steak right, Rezalynn our server never let our drinks get below the ice and was very informative and friendly. She checked back after we tried our food and the runner made sure everything was to our liking before she left table. Great service and they were slammed to the walls busy. I will defiantly be coming back to this restaurant and would suggest anyone else to come and try the delicious food and great service. Ryan came back after we were almost finished and made sure that we had a great experience he thanked us and expressed his hope for our return. Wow service, Just be sure and call ahead. Lol
Grilled Chicken and Pork are good . . .. I can’t say much about all the food. The rolls seem to change. I was disappointed when I went one time and the rolls were completely different from the ones I had at an earlier time.However, the pulled pork and the grilled chicken are very good!
If you like your chicken RAW and nothing done about it this is the place to eat!! I personally will never eat here again
A Real Letdown. First of all, this is my guy’s go to place. I’ll never get it but he has loved them above all else in every state we’ve ever lived in. That said, we are frequent, happy patrons to these restaurants. While I don’t expect an amazing steak, I do expect an editable one. It was so salty I could hardly get half of it down. The other diners beside us also voiced the same complaint about their fish. Besides the food aspect, the service is unbearable. While one bartender was extremely pleasant, the other was so abhorrent I considered not tipping at all, (Which I would NEVER do.) Not only did she whine about her separation and life problems to anyone that would listen but repeatedly left from behind the bar to come sit by a guy to discuss options he had available for her. It was so unappetizing and pathetic the meal was that much worse. It just really irks me to see a kind, young lady doing her job and being over accomodating to make up for the lack of care another one gives. Won’t be going back again during this trip.
Terrible experience, ordered two steaks medium, came back welldone. The waitress never asked how our meal was, gave us one refill, and at the end gave me back my change 10 dollars short. It wasnt even a busy night, avoid like its arbys for 30 bucks.
The 6 people at the front counter, but none helped. They all sat around gossiping. They are also supposed to recognize your car when you drive up for a pickup, but they just sat at the counter gossiping. This was during Christmas 2011.
